Testimonials
Thank you Cyndy and Michelle for the amazing fitness classes during this crazy pandemic! You have been a Godsend in keeping me balanced and engaged. My favorite class has been Zumba, which is the original one that I have taken for a few years at the Orion Center with Cyndy. Your knowledge and challenging movements have kept me motivated, and your friendly voices have encouraged me to keep it up! Thanks again!

I would like to thank both Cyndy and Michelle for offering the free classes over the past 6 weeks. I LOVE Zumba!! So, every Friday morning (and other times when I re-play the recordings), I head to my basement with a bottle of water and a smile on my face to dance (and sing) with you ladies. It’s “mental” and “physical” therapy that you’re offering, which in these current times is very much needed. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Cyndy and Michelle offer wonderful online fitness classes. Cyndy’s knowledge and skill with Pilates is unmatched in my experience. Michelle brings innovative and fun moves to her Cardio Blast and Zumba classes. Both have immense enthusiasm and upbeat attitudes. Having these free classes available has been a lifesaver for me.

I truly appreciate all the time and effort that both Michelle and Cyndy have put forth for their fitness clients. Their “fitness family” has been together for many classes over the years. I consider many to be friends, making it more fun and a great way to keep motivated. Exercising with others around the same age and fitness level helps, especially on those days when I’m not quite on my game. Working out by myself is a struggle. While it’s easy to bail on myself, it’s not as easy to do so to your friends and instructors. With the Covid-19 pandemic, we can easily be depressed, anxious and stressed. Fortunately, working out helps all of us to cope in a healthy way boosts our immune system. Their classes are an investment in the community and to my mind, body and soul.

It is challenging to pick a favorite class. If I had to choose, I would probably choose Core Barre. I remember the first time I took it a few years ago. I didn’t sweat much, but it was the hardest class I had ever taken. The arm workout is amazing along with the barre portion of the class. Never in a class have my muscles ached so much, but at the same time it felt great because I know it is making me stronger and more fit. I love taking Zumba too. It puts a smile on my face every time I do it. The music is great along with all the dance moves. I enjoy the challenge of trying to remember what comes next. I usually figure it out by the time the song is almost over. Zumba keeps me moving, my heart rate up, and my spirits lifted.

What is the best fitness program for me?
The answer is based on your personal preference and individual needs. Some clients want one-on-one guidance with our certified personal trainers or the benefits of a small group setting to help motivate each other and reach their fitness goals. Some prefer to be on their own. We offer gym-memberships in a non-threatening environment. Yet, others are motivated within a group class.
