Duties
• Client Liaison in all Human Resource related duties
• Employee On-Boarding Processing
• Employee Termination Processing
• Personnel Files Maintained On Cloud
• Raintree User ID & Provider Setup
• Membership Renewals for Clinical Staff
• Employee Change in Status Processing
• Employee Information Change Processing
• Employment Verification Processing
• Yearly VPS Accrual Calculations to Payroll
• Yearly Benefit Enrollment
• Company E-Mails – Create & Terminate
• Employee Manual Maintenance & Distribution
• Organizations Statistics Posting
• Maintain & Distribute Labor Law Compliance Posters
• Personnel Related Issues
• Building & Office Keys – Issue/Revoke Keys, & Maintain Tracking Log
• Personnel Recruiting Assistance
Qualifications
• No required education or experience necessary
• The ideal candidate has an interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
• Displays excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Has a proven track record of getting things done
