Biography:
Throughout my life and education I have always had an interest in the medical sciences and after many years of researching the multitude of medical professions, I decided to become a Physical Therapist. The field of physical therapy not only embodies my interest in medical sciences but also integrates my interest in sports and my deep desire to help people. I have been in practice since 1989, and I have been blessed with an extremely rewarding career. I have had the honor and opportunity to treat an incalculable number of patients with whom I have directed and facilitated their recovery, and I have helped them to “live life well”. I am passionate about the profession of Physical Therapy and our vision of an autonomous, evidence based, doctorate profession. I strive for excellence in both personal and professional endeavors, and I maintain the highest level of integrity in all my relationships with family, friends, employees and patients.

I began my journey with HealthQuest in 2006 simply because our mission and philosophy were in alignment. I look forward to continuing to grow with HealthQuest and the opportunity to contribute to the future of the Physical Therapy profession

Biography:
Married to Lisa since 1991 with two children, Haley and Ryan. We reside in Rochester Hills and enjoy sports and church activities.

At HealthQuest, our evaluations and treatments are complete and often different than a patient has experienced at other facilities. As an example, we often find the source of “knee pain” is an imbalance at the hip and pelvis rather than specific leg muscle weakness. I am always looking for new techniques to better serve my patients and clients.

Our patient’s satisfaction is our greatest reward, and this is demonstrated by their continued referrals of friends and family.

As a Physical Therapist and Athletic Trainer, I have many years of successful clinical experience. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Central Michigan University in Sports Medicine and a Master of Physical Therapy degree from Oakland University. I have been with HealthQuest Physical Therapy and Wellness Center since 2001 and have been a partner/owner in Oxford since 2005. I have been blessed to work with wonderful people and truly enjoy using my abilities to help patients feel better and regain active lifestyles. I believe the therapists at HealthQuest are the best at identifying causes of pain that other therapists are unable to find.
