For as long as I can remember, sports and fitness have always been a big part of my life. This interest in physical health led me to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Clinical Exercise Science at Grand Valley State University. During my undergraduate years, I was given the opportunity to work in outpatient clinics as a physical therapist technician, HealthQuest Physical Therapy is one of those clinics where my passion for this profession really began. I then went on to complete my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Central Michigan University. During my clinicals at Central, I had the opportunity in a variety of settings including acute care, subacute rehab, and outpatient orthopedics where I was exposed to a wide variety of injuries and conditions with different ways to treat them. I am happy to be back and continue my journey with HealthQuest as a Physical Therapist and provide the best quality of care possible. Being a physical therapist is a very rewarding profession, with the opportunity to improve a person’s overall quality of life, both physically and emotionally.
