Biography:
Since I was a teenager I always knew I wanted to help people. Either by being a nurse or going into physical therapy. My dad had knee surgery when I was in high school and I was able to go to physical therapy with him. I was able to watch my dad do his exercises at home and get better. The next summer I job shadowed at the clinic where my dad did his physical therapy. From that point on I knew physical therapy was my passion and what I wanted to do for my career. I want to continue to help people walk, get stronger, and feel better than they did when they came in the door.
I went to Baker College and achieved an Associates Degree in 2004 with Summa Cum Laude. I am now married to my husband Rick and have two sons, Caleb and Joshua. I spend my free time with my family going to robotics and baseball games.
I have a significant amount of post-surgical experience with knees, hips, shoulders and spine. I look forward to continuing to help all HQ patients to live the best life that they can!
