While working at an orthopedic spine clinic, I gained to increase knowledge of cervical and lumbar issues that occur both pre- and post-operatively. I have had experience in working with patients with complex neurological issues such as spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, and Parkinson's Disease.
Around 2015, I decided to jump into the therapy world and began my new adventure as a rehabilitation technician at an outpatient clinic while enrolling in an accelerated PTA program. That is when my passion truly came to life. Of course, I should have just listened to my mom! They ARE always right, after-all!
