The Clinical Manager is also responsible for maintaining a clean, well-functioning facility. The Clinical Manager will split time between these primary administrative duties and working as an ES.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Exercise Specialist experience with HealthQuest Physical Therapy, preferred
  • The physical demands required of this position involve extensive standing, walking, lifting, and carrying up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities:

  • Completes onboarding and training of all new ES staff.
  • Schedules, supervises, and monitors the ES staff performance.
  • Prepares and monitors the daily cleanliness of the clinic.
  • Maintains the facilities equipment maintenance schedule, and schedules repairs, as necessary.
  • Completes and tracks routine clinic inspections, ensuring facility cleanliness and maintains equipment in good working order.
  • Completes and maintains a clinical supply inventory, and purchases supplies as needed.
  • Maintains accurate records and proper display of Michigan Safety Data Sheet postings.
  • Ensures the quality assurance program is performed accurately at all levels.
  • Completes weekly statistical and weekly plan specific to their area for review by the Clinical Director.
