Conveniently located on Stark Road in Livonia, Michigan. Stark Road is near I-96 and Farmington Road. Previously was Livonia’s YMCA, until 2021 when Livonia Athletic District started renovating. Now it’s an over 90,000+ sq. ft. indoor and outdoor sports facility with turf fields, pickleball courts, Olympic-sized pool, batting tunnels/cages, and us. As a physical therapy facility, owned and operated by licensed physical therapists, we emphasize both preventive and rehabilitative techniques that provide the highest quality of care to our patients.

Steps in treatment
Discovery
You’ll undergo a physical exam and evaluation, including a health history and certain testing procedures, including evaluation of posture, movement and flexibility, and of your muscle and joint motion performance.
Development
Based on your evaluation findings, your therapist will know your clinical diagnosis and prognosis and develop a plan of care and short and long-term goals to share with you and your physician.
Progress
Every visit you’ll receive physical therapy treatment and intervention(s) based on the therapist’s evaluation and diagnosis. Along with your therapist time, you’ll be working with our exercise technicians to complete your personalized set of exercises and stretches.
Pain-Free
After you’re out of pain and able to achieve your physical goals, you’ll receive a self-management routine with recommendations and a home exercise program to ensure you continue to progress and so your symptoms do not return.
