Karley is a dedicated physical therapist assistant with a passion for fitness, health, and helping patients feel supported throughout their journey. With a background in volleyball and competitive dance, she brings an active mindset to patient care. Outside the clinic, Karley enjoys creating short films and is the go-to for all things technology. Her goal is to make every patient feel heard, comfortable, and supported every step of the way.

Nourah Alizairij is a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant with years of hands-on experience helping patients recover and improve mobility. Before becoming a PTA, she gained valuable experience working in an office for a physical therapist, which provided a strong foundation in the field.

Ashley is a US Navy Veteran and a Physical Therapist Assistant. She loves being outdoors with her son, dog, and husband! They love to play basketball and pickleball, go on bike rides, and take adventurous walks. She graduated from Keiser University in 2016 and has experience in various settings, including Outpatient Orthopedics, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Home Health, and Pediatrics.

Shannon’s love for fitness and physical therapy stemmed from an upbringing in dance, where she danced competitively for 16 years. She knew from a young age that working in a field such as PT was something that she wanted to do. In addition to being a Physical Therapist Assistant, Shannon is married and has two young boys under 5 who keep her moving! Building rapport and building trust with patients has always been Shannon’s favorite part of this field, and she is excited to help you thrive.
