Education/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of administration experience preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to HR.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Responsibilities:
- Process ‘Employee Status Change’ requests.
- Process ‘Employee Information Change’ requests.
- Complete employee terminations in Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
- Maintain employee personnel records.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Assist with Payroll processing.
- Assist with Benefit coordination.
- Track and manage policy implementation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
