My interest in the medical field began as a child.  I had my share of injuries as a youth during my participation in different athletics. During my recovery from these injuries, I had many positive experiences being treated by medical professionals. These experiences left me wanting to be like the people who had helped me when I was hurting. As I pursued a career in the medical field at Michigan State University, I found that my experiences with physical therapists were the most enjoyable. I was attracted to how dedicated they were/are to their patients’ well-being and how appreciative their patients were for the treatment they received.

At Oakland University I received a world-class education in physical therapy and now have a great opportunity to share my knowledge and skills with the Lapeer community. I think my background in a variety of different sports settings, from training for half-marathons to fighting through injuries during football season, helps me relate to my patients in a unique way. It is my goal to help others move and live better through intelligent treatment and compassionate care of their orthopedic and neurological injuries. I am excited to have the opportunity to work for HealthQuest Physical Therapy in providing the best care available.
