My passion for exercise and fitness dates back as far as I can remember. Growing up, I found myself drawn to physical activities, including cheerleading, dance, and drill team. I enjoyed both the physical and mental growth through completing challenging activities. Going into college, I wanted to learn as much as possible about exercise, human movement, and how the body works. It was during this time that I found my calling in helping others meet their own physical goals and staying functionally fit for their everyday activities. I was fortunate to gain experience as a PT Tech from 2014 to 2016, which sparked my interest and love for physical therapy. After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology in 2017, I decided to dive into the fitness profession with a focus on personal and group training. Nothing is more rewarding than helping someone reach a goal and witnessing the change along the way. In 2022, I decided to further my education and ability to help others with an Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy Assisting. I graduated in 2024 and moved from GA to MI, where I am very excited to begin my career with HealthQuest! I am a firm believer that exercise is medicine and movement heals. Whether your goals are big or small, I am here to help you feel your best!
