I was first introduced into the world of Sports Medicine when I was a Junior in High School. I began working closely with our High School’s Athletic Trainer after a personal injury and soon became our school’s student Athletic Trainer. I began to have a strong passion for Sports Rehabilitation, and after graduating, I started researching careers within the field. I graduated from Henry Ford College in 2012 with an Associate Degree in the Physical Therapist Assistant program. I have since worked in many different settings, including skilled nursing facilities, home health care, outpatient for both neuromuscular and orthopedic rehabilitation, and private rehabilitation/caregiver. I enjoy learning new techniques and I strive to work towards new certifications to keep improving my skills. I am currently in the process of getting Certified as a Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach, along with a certification in Nutrition and Women’s Health. I am compassionate about my job and feel strongly about good patient care and always put my patients first. I am happy to be apart of an amazing team here at HealthQuest. I married my husband Steve in 2017, he has been a huge support in my career, always encouraging me to be my best self. We enjoy spending time together going to sports events, taking our dog Wrigley to the park and on walks, cooking, reading, playing games, traveling, and staying active.
