PT, DPT
Macomb Township (Romeo Plank)
After graduating high school in 2014, I began my studies at Macomb Community College, trying to discover my true passion. I knew I wanted to pursue a career in healthcare, but I wasn’t sure which path to take. While attending college, I also worked as a junior varsity volleyball coach at my former high school. I was always looking for ways to help my injured players, and during this time, I realized I wanted to assist not only athletes but people of all ages with their injuries, aches, and pains. My passion for helping others feel better and improve their quality of life became clear. That’s when I discovered physical therapy, and I immediately began searching for a job as a rehab technician. While working, I attended Wayne State University to earn my bachelor’s degree, and after graduating in 2021, I was accepted into the University of Michigan-Flint’s Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program. The experience at UofM-Flint was incredible, and I am grateful for my time there. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and my dog, Koda. I love staying active through activities like going to the gym, playing volleyball, practicing yoga, and camping in the summer. I am so excited to be a part of the HealthQuest team!
