Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • NASM- CPT, or similar Personal Training Certificate.
  • The physical demands required of this position involve extensive standing, walking, lifting, and carrying up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and supervise individualized exercise programs that support rehabilitation, injury prevention, strength development, and overall wellness.
  • Progress or modify exercise programs based on client performance, tolerance, functional improvements, and therapist recommendations.
  • Demonstrate, instruct, and correct proper exercise techniques to maximize effectiveness, improve movement quality, and reduce the risk of injury.
  • Monitor clients throughout training sessions, providing continuous coaching, encouragement, and real-time feedback.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client attendance, exercise progression, performance, and any notable changes in condition.
  • Prepare training areas and equipment before each session, ensuring all equipment is clean, functional, and safe for use.
  • Assist with client flow, including welcoming clients, escorting them to the training area when appropriate, and communicating relevant information to the clinical team.
  • Support clinic operations by completing assigned administrative and quality assurance tasks as needed.
