Personal Trainer – Clarkston, MI

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- NASM- CPT, or similar Personal Training Certificate.
- The physical demands required of this position involve extensive standing, walking, lifting, and carrying up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and supervise individualized exercise programs that support rehabilitation, injury prevention, strength development, and overall wellness.
- Progress or modify exercise programs based on client performance, tolerance, functional improvements, and therapist recommendations.
- Demonstrate, instruct, and correct proper exercise techniques to maximize effectiveness, improve movement quality, and reduce the risk of injury.
- Monitor clients throughout training sessions, providing continuous coaching, encouragement, and real-time feedback.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client attendance, exercise progression, performance, and any notable changes in condition.
- Prepare training areas and equipment before each session, ensuring all equipment is clean, functional, and safe for use.
- Assist with client flow, including welcoming clients, escorting them to the training area when appropriate, and communicating relevant information to the clinical team.

Support clinic operations by completing assigned administrative and quality assurance tasks as needed.
