Growing up immersed in sports, I developed a deep appreciation for the connection between movement, performance, and recovery. That passion carried me through high school athletics and eventually into a role as a personal trainer during college, where I found fulfillment in helping others reach their physical goals. It was during this time that I discovered the power and potential of physical therapy—not just in optimizing performance, but in restoring lives through functional movement and targeted care. What drew me to physical therapy, and keeps me inspired every day, is the blend of hands-on problem-solving and meaningful human connection. I love being able to use both my knowledge and my hands to directly improve someone’s quality of life. It’s tangible, it’s real, and it’s a profession where I get to make a difference in ways that truly matter.
