I developed a love for movement from a young age, having grown up training in ballet and modern dance at the Flint School of Performing Arts. This led me to receive my Bachelor of Arts in Dance and Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Western Michigan University in 2019, where I was able to cultivate my knowledge and skills as a dancer and discover a love for strength training and movement science. Earning my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Wayne State University has allowed me to combine my passions to help people rehabilitate and recover to their full potential through prescribing movement as medicine. I currently teach dance at Eisenhower Dance Detroit and am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to guide my patients through the benefits of an active lifestyle as well.
