From a very young age, I have always been interested in sports, and there was not a weekend when I was not on a baseball diamond or a football field. Playing sports nearly year-round resulted in multiple injuries that required physical therapy rehabilitation. At a young age, I witnessed the benefits that physical therapy can have on a person’s life, which sparked my interest in the field. After completing my undergraduate degree at Michigan State University in 2018, I got my first job as a physical therapy technician. This job solidified my decision to pursue physical therapy as I saw the positive impact it had on various medical conditions. I received my DPT degree from Wayne State University in 2024. After completing clinical rotations in many different physical therapy settings, I realized that my passion remained in orthopedics and sports physical therapy. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, golfing, hiking, camping, working out, and traveling. I am getting married in August of 2025, and I have a 6-year-old Labrador retriever named Otis.
