I became interested in the field of Physical Therapy in 2021 when I started working at Health Quest as a Physical Therapy tech. During my time there, I developed a passion for helping patients become healthier, more mobile versions of themselves. My love for fitness began at age 16 when my grandfather gave me my first set of weights. Since then, I’ve continued to expand my knowledge of exercise and movement to help others improve their physical well-being. Recently, I’ve taken up the sport of jiu-jitsu, which has further fueled my desire to help others move better and reach their goals.
