I was born and raised in Utah. I played soccer since I was 4 years old, and tore my ACL while playing soccer during my junior year of high school. I worked a lot with our high school athletic trainer and my physical therapist, and grew to love both professions. I knew I wanted to help others in my same situation. I attended Brigham Young University and graduated in 2019 with a degree in Athletic Training. I got married in 2020 (right before COVID, thankfully). My husband started his first year of medical school in 2024, which brought us to Michigan. We have two young kids that we hope to introduce soon to our love of camping, hiking, and other outdoor adventures.
