I first became involved with sports during my teenage years and I have since been obsessed with the science involved with it. I took four years of strength and conditioning during high school, as well as all the nutrition courses they had to offer in order to discover what could make an athlete jump higher or run faster. It wasn’t until after high school that I discovered the value of exercise as medicine, and began my journey to become a PTA.

I worked through college as a personal trainer and a physical therapy technician and both experiences allowed to me to better understand the human body and how it is supposed to move, and how to approach each patient with a scientific, strategic, and integrated approach based on their personal needs and lifestyles.

My passion for athletics has lead me to bring out the athlete in everyone, whether it’s someone trying to improve their vertical jump or someone just trying to raise their arm over their head without pain, I strive to challenge my patients/clients to reach a little higher everyday.

In my spare time you’ll find me surrounded by people who are close to me, usually traveling, trying different types of fitness, learning, or finding a way to help out others.

Being able to use my passion to help others heal their pain and/or improve their performance is my greatest accomplishment so far. For 10 years, health and fitness has elevated my life both physically, and mentally. I hope to inspire others to do the same.
