I am a Physical Therapist Assistant who graduated from Henry Ford College in 2022. Throughout my career, I have worked with a wide variety of musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-operative conditions.

My treatment philosophy centers on understanding each patient as an individual and identifying what each person needs to accomplish their specific goals. I use goal-oriented corrective exercises, movement analysis, progressive strengthening, and patient education to create an individualized treatment plan for every patient.

My goal is not only to help patients return to their daily lives and activities without limitation, but also to help them feel stronger, more confident, and more physically capable than they were before. I believe rehabilitation should be an active process that helps patients understand their condition, build confidence in their bodies, and ultimately take ownership of their recovery.

My primary areas of interest include orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, ACL rehabilitation, and spine and shoulder conditions. I enjoy treating any musculoskeletal conditions, working with each patient to find an approach that best fits their individual needs and goals.

Outside of the clinic, I enjoy staying active through weightlifting, golf, and snowboarding. I also enjoy traveling, hiking, and pickleball. Being active is an important part of my own life, which allows me to connect with patients who want to return to the activities, sports, and lifestyles that are important to them.
